About Me

Hi, I’m Morgan — and I’m really glad you’re here.

I know that starting counseling can feel overwhelming, intimidating, or even a little confusing. You might be wondering where to begin or whether therapy will actually help. If that’s the case, you’re not alone — and it makes complete sense. Reaching out for support is a big step, and I want you to feel safe and grounded as you make it.

My goal is to offer a calm, steady space where you can slow down, catch your breath, and feel understood. You don’t need to come in with perfect words or a fully formed plan. Part of my role is to help you figure out what you need from therapy and what would make your life or relationships feel lighter, clearer, and more connected. We’ll navigate it together, at a pace that feels right for you.

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in relational patterns, overwhelmed by emotion, or unsure how to move forward. It’s an honor to sit with clients as they explore the stories and patterns that have shaped them and to witness the growth that happens when things finally begin to make sense.

I also enjoy working with women navigating ADHD, especially those who feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or frustrated with themselves for “not functioning the way they think they should.” Many women with ADHD have spent years masking, overcompensating, or feeling like they’re constantly falling behind. Therapy can be a space to better understand how your brain works, build self-compassion, and develop strategies that actually fit your life.

As someone who also has ADHD, I bring both professional training and personal understanding into this work. While every experience is different, I know how meaningful it can be to talk with someone who truly gets the challenges — and the strengths — that can come with an ADHD brain.

I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy and hold the belief that all emotion makes sense. I also integrate Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT skills, and attachment-based work to create an individualized, holistic approach for each client. My hope is to create a space where it feels safe to explore the messy, complicated, deeply human parts of healing.

Everyone’s healing journey is different. Whether you’re seeking short-term support, wanting to understand your relational patterns more deeply, or hoping to build emotional regulation skills, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Outside the therapy room, I love finding cozy coffee shops, spending time outdoors, going to concerts, listening to podcasts, reading on my Kindle, and being with my husband and friends.

Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.
